Our Process
Design
After your consultation we craft a custom menu based on your vision, dietary needs, and event goals—whether that’s a multi-course tasting menu, a literary-themed dinner, or a global fusion cocktail party.
Delivery
We arrive two to three hours before service to transform your space. From cooking to cleanup, we handle everything so you can relax and savor the moment.
Discover
We start by learning what excites you: a favorite book, a trip abroad, a piece of music, a memory. These become the foundation for your experience.
